Senior Architectural Executive - 2018 to Present

 

      • Worked closely with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors to coordinate the construction of multiple MRT projects via architectural coordination meetings, material/sample reviews, mock-up reviews, site walks and site inspections.

      • Collaborated with the client (LTA) on matters pertaining to design refinement/improvement, site coordination and costing.

      • Managed the periodic issuance of updated construction drawings, authorities’ submissions and consultations as needed.

Assistant Project Manager - 2013 to 2015, Associate - 2015 to 2018

      • Authority Matters - managed the drafting team in preparation for authority submissions, conducted authority consultations, wrote waiver applications, lead authorities inspections including: BCA TOP inspections, NEA inspections, storey shelter inspections, letter box inspections, RI inspections and LTA vehicle parking inspections.

      • Construction - Chaired weekly progress meeting, attended technical meetings, developed construction drawings, reviewed shop drawings, materials submissions, and mockups.

      • Contract Matters - Reviewed extension of time claims, raised requests for variation orders, prepared architect's instructions and architect's directions, processed payment certification and certificates of completion.

      • Sales and Marketing - Designed and oversaw construction of show flats and sales galleries, liaised with marketing teams, model makers, and perspectivists, dealt with purchaser requests and addressed owner complaints.

      • Design - Participated in design competitions, provided feasibility study proposals, and submitted written proposals for expressions of interest.
